The individual would also be involved in mentoring the team on technology concepts and best practices to debug & troubleshoot issues. Collaborate closely with senior members and architects of other Workforce Central teams to understand and help in conceptualizing the software architecture Ensures adherence of the development team to the architectural vision of the product and ensuring that associated designs follow that vision Collaborate with other members of the team, product owners, quality engineering team members and documentation writers to ensure appropriate implementation of business requirements Collaborate closely with architects to design and conceptualize solutions for multi-tenant/SaaS-based offering of the product Assume a mentoring role for other developers, building the skills of less experienced team members and proactively suggesting process improvements Contribute to the suite of automated testing using Flex Unit, Junit, Soap UI Participates in the writing of technical documents (functional specifications, design documents etc.) as required Collaborate within teams to analyze, troubleshoot and research on various troubleshooting issues and challenges Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards Qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Multithreading, REST API, XML Experience in object oriented analysis, design & programming, database modeling etc. Good experience in unit testing processes and tools (Junit) Experience in database techniques/tools such as data modeling, Oracle, SQL etc. One or more ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, conversant with BPM & Portal suite of products Exposure in Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development) Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills Corporate overview Youre empowered when youre a Kronite.
