**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
**Required Professional and Technical Expertise :**
3 Years’ experience handling large team and responsible for the expected service delivery, involving client happiness and SLA management.
+ Proven People Management experience like attrition management, conflict management and should also have handled a complete cycle of performance management. Reporting Experience using Excel, Advance Excel, Macros and VBA is pre-requisite. Proven Social skills and Excellent communication skills.
+ Proficient in handling Clients and conducting reviews as per business guidelines. Proficiency in Reporting and Presentation
+ Handle data effectively. Ability to multi task.
+ Ability to work under high stress situations
+ An understanding of, and a willingness to enforce to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
+ A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
+ Willingness to work in 24*7 work environment.
**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**
**Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :**
+ Experience in Transaction or Data Entry processing in BPO Operations.
+ Experience in Market Research will be an added advantage
