Role & Responsibilities Purpose – Managing the customers service and maintenance requirements for the Bulk Weighing equipment with the key objectives of meeting the service business targets with respect to commercial commitments, Key performance metrics as well as ensure quality and timely service to the customers to achieve customer satisfaction. Prioritization of customer requirement, accurately forecast booking and revenue, improve costumers experience with Thermo products and support, plan and manage inventory, reduce DSO and DOS, improve on AR collection. Accounting and financial knowledge to manage day to day required with external and internal customer. Coordinating with various functions within the country and with the factories for commercial and technical matters to fulfill customer requirements for I&C, warranty and post warranty support. Maintaining excellent rapport and relations with the customers and managing their issues with a customer centric approach at the same time ensure profitable service business. Being innovative in identifying service, contract and spares business opportunities and prepare an executable plan to achieve the same Responsibilities To be a part of a highly motivated team and understand the role and the contribution to achieve the bigger Thermo Fisher goal. An experience of performing similar role in an Analytical Instrument Organization of repute. Candidate Requirement Education & Experience levels BE/ Diploma (Instrumentation or Electronics) 5 to 8 years of field experience Nature of experience On site, field experience of dynamic weighing handing experience, like belt scales, weigh feeders, impact flow meters and sampling systems. Knowledge of cement & power plant weighing system requirements Knowledge Required Dynamic and static Weighing system.
