This is a senior position and will play a formidable role in contributing to the overall revenues of the organization. You will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of accounts; youll identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-and long-term sales and earnings. Your specific responsibilities will include Handle a portfolio of Key accounts, manage and build relationships in these accounts & get desired business revenues by effectively applying account management strategies. Preparing short-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies in key accounts, find upsell opportunities to develop business . Handle pre-sales, sales and post- sales activities for these clients. Manage client relationship and ensure optimal customer satisfaction scores. Ensure execution of sales and marketing/promotional strategies like running webinar, seminars, tech-talks within customer organization. Regularly achieve revenue in line with team / organizational objective by selling classroom / online training. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Qualifications Youll have proven experience in Key Account Management, with a good record of achieving targets; Minimum 8 years of related experience in Training sales is highly preferred though not necessary.
