The Role Responsibilities Be a single point of contact on all Testing activities for COLT (Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Tool). Define the policies and processes to be used during the UAT phase of system change. Integrate and embed UAT processes into the IT development lifecycle. Ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of testing quality. Coordinate UAT resources, track progress and UAT issue management (including leading the triaging of issues into defects, new requirements, data set-up, user error etc). Work closely with Business Analysis team in development of Test scripts. Liaise with work-stream team leads and key business stakeholders to gain issue resolution Provide regular UAT progress statistics/reporting to senior stakeholders Obtain required UAT sign offs from business/key stakeholders Provide regular MI in terms of test progress, defects raised/closed, tracking against milestones etc Support go-live (process, system, data etc), by working closely with Training and User Support specialists and key business stakeholders as required. Lead the Defect Triage calls with Business & stakeholders. Review functional and business flows, raise defects, monitor till they are closed. Track Sprint/Release quality by providing feedback to Program management. Coach Testing teams by providing regular feedback on their quality and speed of delivery. Equip test teams to run MOT (Model Office Testing) and UVT (User Verification Test) Our Ideal Candidate A focused individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who has the ability to influence others by showing initiative and creativity Proactive approach, with the ability to multi-task.
