KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST IDEAL PROFILE We are seeking a strong and motivated candidate to fill a Knowledge Management Jr. Specialist vacancy. The successful candidate will be based in the New Delhi office, within BCG’s Knowledge Practice Area, with a good understanding of Healthcare topics, including Medical Technologies, BioPharma, Healthcare Providers, Drug Distribution etc. General familiarity with the basics of Healthcare vocabulary, frameworks and concepts would be helpful. This professional will be an integral part of the team, and will help improve BCG’s knowledge base. The primary focus will be general Knowledge Capture activities, such as capturing, managing & sharing meaningful content across various document repositories and bringing it back with the broader BCG community. CountryIndia City/Town New Delhi Employee TypeRegular Job Type Full time Job Responsibilities Performs primary knowledge capture for the Healthcare PA (Practice Area), by sending out initial capture e-mails through the knowledge capture process Ensures intranet case pages are up-to-date and has rich & accurate information of cases conducted by BCG Collects case materials and case vignettes for the practice area Shares case end reports with the PA and works with PA stakeholders to maintain accuracy of case information Provides support to the proposal of the month (POM) competition for the PA, collects proposal materials on a quarterly basis & sanitizes the selected proposal Provides support in maintaining the PA topic tree to ensure latest and relevant information is available for practitioners Basic Job Requirements 0-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent, with KM/content management experience preferably in the Healthcare industry Bachelors degree from a major university required preferably in business, or related research/analysis-intense field Ability to communicate precisely and succinctly in English (oral and written), distill, edit and categorize knowledge in writing Key Competencies Well-organized, self-starter, good at prioritizing, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team Proactive, creative, persistent, confident and able to work effectively with partners and case teams Ability to adapt and customize the capture process as required by different teams Exceptional process skills strong follow through and accountability Company Information The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a global management consulting firm and the worlds leading advisor on business strategy.
