Develop new accounts and maintain the relationship with exiting account. Lead Business Development activities in their respective areas. Achieve annual sales targets under the guidance of Business Head. Providing a broad range of business development services. Interaction with all internal departments and customers to design, negotiate, and drive to close the deal. Accountable to develop, implement and manage Business Development activities and help the teams to deliver their financial targets. Updating CRM & Daily Activity Report on daily basis. Desired Candidate Profile Desired Profile Strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually. Should be a team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations. Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills. Preferably from service industry i.e. Concept selling. Industry Training Qualification Graduates, Post Graduates Business Management/ Marketing/ PGDBM Experience 5-7 yrs in Sales & Business Development with at least 2 -3 yrs preferably selling training programmes to retail as well as corporates
