The company is having 7 state of art technology Processing Plants, 28 chilling centres, 15 Bulk Milk Chillers and 17 Associate Chilling Centers . The company has a wide distribution network across pan India. The products and services are offered through 16 Sales offices. The company offers a wide range of Milk Products Comprising Fresh Milk , Butter, Ghee, Paneer, Curd, Flavoured Milk, Milk sweets, Ice Cream and Skim Milk Powder. Job Description Conducting meetings with Area Sales Managers and setting targets every month and monitoring the achievement of targets by guiding them towards their achievements. Allotting areas to ASMs and conducting market surveys. Check daily collection sheets, call ASMs and verify accuracy of data. Managing distributor network Monitor any complaints of leakage, quality issues Visit distribution places for identifying problems proactively and Solve the same Ensure 100 PERCENT 25 cash collections every month end on daily bases .Follow up with the ASMs to ensure that there all pending payments are collected by the end of every month. Discuss with transporters on outstanding tubs. Ask agents to support salesmen on the delivery of tubs and ensure that there is 100 PERCENT 25 collection of tubs every day. Monitoring the transporters movement by optimum utilization of transport services and ensures the payments are made with in stipulated period. Increasing companys market share in his/her specific region by coming up with new marketing schemes and strategys and also keep a track of the sales figures of each competitor and communicate the same to the ASMs. Advice to HR to formulate training program on customer relationship and Communication skills for sales team at regular intervals. Conduct a meeting to discuss issues faced by ASMs and executives and look at solving issues jointly and also study for the best sales practices in the dairy industry and implement the same in the organization. He shall head the Branch and responsible for overall operations by monitoring proper accounts as per the ERP programs. Coordination with internal and external auditors. Sending confidential reports to the corporate office. Ensuring that all daily, monthly and other periodical reports are sent to corporate office as per the time schedule. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Sales and Marketing with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the dairy field Graduate in sales and marketing with minimum of 15 to 18 years of experience in the dairy field
