As part of the business activities,the company is predominantly focused into Asset Financing and Lending business. The Wholesale Lending Business segment provides specialized and holistic solutions to Indian corporates helping them build and grow their businesses with initial funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc. They focus on products in the structured credit space backed by adequate collaterals and cash flows to build a secured and quality wholesale lending portfolio. Job Description Responsibility Business Development Development of a pan India developer database Identification of developers who meet CGCL developer profile requirements Identification of decision makers within target companies Initiation of communication & understanding developer funding requirements Initial business prospecting meetingse Maintenance & updation of business trackers Repository for all deal information (past deals and pipeline) Deal Operationalization Deal data & documentation tracking and management (SPOC to handle documentation & data) Follow ups with developers for deal informatio required information Interfacing with Credit & Risk and Legal teams, understanding requirements and ensuring seamless communication to developer clients Managing logistics for deal execution Client Management & Monitoring Client relationship management through the life cycle of the transaction Ensure continuous communication with existing clients and sharing relevant information with Credit & Monitoring teams Track repayments & analyse MIS from Monitoring and ensure timely and appropriate auctioning fromnm borrowers (Developers) Branding and Networking Track events / forums for CGCL to participate in from a networking & BD standpoint Identify opportunities to enhance organisation visibility and standing in print and electronic media Desired Candidate Profile MBA (Tier I / II colleges) / smart graduates from South Mumbai colleges with atleast 3 years of experience into sales and business Development.
