In CIB, the Company carries out its capital markets business, including its origination, sales and trading activities in debt, equity and other securities, as well as its advisory, credit and transaction banking businesses. It is further sub-divided into the Corporate Divisions Corporate Banking & Securities (CB&S) and Global Transaction Banking (GTB). CB&S includes the Business Divisions Markets and Corporate Finance, which globally carry out its securities origination, sales and trading businesses, as well as its mergers and acquisitions advisory and corporate finance businesses. Global Transaction Banking its cash management for corporate and financial institutions, trade finance business, as well as trust and securities services. Job Description Key Responsibilities Work closely with Country Analytics, Client analytics and senior FDs to develop CCR output based on agreed and common methodology for global locations Delivering standardized quarterly CCR packs to over 25 locations (including regional packs/ country packs), monthly CCR dashboard by region and ad-hoc strategic client analysis Working with CTB/ IT in order to facilitate the enhancement on CCR, this would involve the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and overseeing / performing the user acceptance testing Working with senior business and finance stakeholders to deliver and present analysis Support management review of client performance and decision making to maximise client returns and optimise resource use Acting as an expert user of the Client Value Metrics (CVM) application Dealing with other ad-hoc queries Ensure controls over the CCR production are operating effectively Desired Candidate Profile Comfortable utilising data and producing quantitative and qualitative reports to support strategic and business planning process Strong relationship and communication skills to communicate with onshore SME and FD both in writing & verbally Stakeholder management skills will be essential for successful interaction with senior business contacts Good understanding of financial metrics e.g. revenue measures, RWA and balance sheet Ability to drive collaborative process for distributed cross functional teams globally Excellent analytic & problem solving skills Familiarity with Qlikview is an advantage Highly proficient Excel and Power Point skills are essential Conceptual thinking and innovation, challenges traditional thought process and encourages better ways of working Previous experience within an analytics function would be beneficial
