The company is having 7 state of art technology Processing Plants, 28 chilling centres, 15 Bulk Milk Chillers and 17 Associate Chilling Centers . The company has a wide distribution network across pan India. The products and services are offered through 16 Sales offices. The company offers a wide range of Milk Products Comprising Fresh Milk , Butter, Ghee, Paneer, Curd, Flavoured Milk, Milk sweets, Ice Cream and Skim Milk Powder. Job Description Achievement of sales targets everyday and distribute targets (route wise), identify feasibility of each area when fixing targets. Conduct market survey regularly with executives, identify agents and communicate the products offered and convince agents to sell the products. Monitor agent movements; identify cash collections made, ensure 100 PERCENT 25 cash collections at the end of every month. Solving issues on quality of milk, collecting outstanding credit, meeting retailers to buy company products. Have control on overall routes, cash collection and tubs. Develop business by identifying new routes on the area assigned and also new areas. Meet all agents on new routes and explain the quality offered. Constantly develop new agents for handing bulk milk sales. Handle institutional sales by visiting institutions like colleges, schools hospitals banks, hotels etc by explaining the quality of the products, discounts offered for bulk purchase. Observe daily and monthly reports, monitoring DSRs and ensure accuracy of data by verifying the numbers from the executives. Keep track of all competitors activities (Schemes and Discounts). Develop Sales Executives capabilities by giving feedback on the way the executives are selling products and provide ideas to handle problems. Provide ideas to executives on how business can be increased and how to manage work also provide training if necessary. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with minimum 8-12 years of experience in the relevant field
