Job Description 1. The candidate should be from Banking and Finance industry and must be aware of Audit and Compliance requirement of internal and external agencies. 2. Candidate should have prior experience in Asset loan booking and strong understanding of Asset products, knowledge of LAP will be useful in managing the Branches. 3. The candidate should have experience in handling multiple locations and capability to manage team of different grades with team size of 10 to 15 people. 4. The candidate should have good communication and ability to understand the business requirement from various departments like Sales/Credit/RCU. 5. Candidate should be comfortable in travelling outstation as per requirement. 6. Strong Vendor Management skills are must in terms of managing third party CPA vendors. 7. Negotiation skills and leadership qualities are required to manage team and vendors 8. The candidate should have ability to understand the process and manage delivery within TAT along with Quality for all products. 9. The candidate should have experience in handling data and ability to do analysis and presentation to senior management and his own team members. 10. Should be aware about legal and financial implication of all the activities happening at CPA. 11. Any kind of projects or certifications in Quality like Six Sigma and knowledge about current technology and systems(SFDC/FinnOne) will be added advantage Desired Candidate Profile Preferably from Banking industry who is handling Asset booking and managing 4-5 locations.
