This position would also ensure the GCS solution provisioning is cascaded in all iStore, GCS guided-selling features and other Digital Customer Experience (DCX) user interfaces as required to be accurate and reflect the requirements from the Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Procurement, pricing for assigned products of Valve Automation. This role will be part of the IT Team which will implement and support Oracle applications throughout the Valve Automation Organization. Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, Problem resolution and Communication. Skills & Experience Required Implementation experience and detailed understanding of any of the following Applications 3-5 years of experience with Java technology (J2EE, JSP and AJAX) 3-5 years of working experience with Oracle PL/SQL Must have a solid business understanding of oracle quoting, order management modules Working knowledge on Oracle Configurator, Bills of Material, Inventory modules is preferred Hands-on Experience with iStore and advanced pricing modules and XML DOM parsers are definite plus Along with the above technical skills, candidate must possess the following abilities as well Solid analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications Experience with full System Development Life Cycle is a plus Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Develop strong relationship with business process owners and stakeholders team. Excellent customer service skills Ensuring change/feature enhancement requirements are implemented appropriately to ensure it delivered accurate and on time. Collaborate with effected business areas to identify, create and implement the business requirements effectively Continually build knowledge and proficiency in applications development and changes in technology. Maintain time reporting on projects and provide timely updates to project milestones. On-Call 24 X 7 as needed in a rotation basis, if required. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS BE/ B.
