The newly created User Experience (UX) team at BCG is a team of experts comprising a variety of UX-related competencies who work across the organization to Design and drive the enterprise UX strategy and roadmap Embed UX best practices into the organizational mind set Align the various demands of business and IT strategies with the UX strategy Deliver visual design, interaction design and prototyping Provide content strategy and information architecture direction Conduct usability tests Design, drive and coordinate user-feedback gathering mechanisms Coordinate and execute targeted user research activities Preserve the results of earlier UX improvements for ongoing knowledge capture As an User Experience Business Intelligence Lead you will need a passion for data capture, analysis and presentation to support digital transformation and user experience efforts at BCG. You will need to be competent with data science methodologies and application, a problem solver, collaborative, independent and able to translate complex data points into a story that influences change. CountryIndia City/Town New Delhi Employee TypeRegular Job Type Full time Job Responsibilities Develop and leverage innovative scripts, tools and data science / analytical methodologies to synthesize user feedback and other IT data to determine trends, outputs and drive decisions Develop approaches to report on and visually bring the data to life Help design user quantitative and qualitative feedback capture methods according to individual IT project needs Support various user research efforts Provide input into the Voice of BCG program to facilitate consolidation of user research and IT data into a searchable database Define and document repeatable and scalable processes for data analysis and presentation Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals Ask smart questions and champion new ideas Use experience and industry research to help BCG evolve innovative data science approaches Basic Job Requirements Masters degree in Information Sciences, Data Science or a similar field preferable At least 5 years relevant industry experience Strong analytical skills to see through the data and analyze it using various techniques and tools to find the conclusions Attention to detail with critical thinking – ability to be vigilant and precise with important IT data, and to be able to derive insightful conclusions based on the information Communications skills experience translating and presenting complex data in a clear and understandable way Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proven experience with analytical data manipulation and visualization tools, techniques and languages, e.g. R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc. Experience with user feedback tools and methodologies Experience with user research approaches Adept at defining technical information and data architectures Understanding of Enterprise User Experience, its impact, value and measurement Some experience of Service Now beneficial Process-oriented and analytical working style who can balance multiple projects Strong work management, organization, and planning skills, based on an understanding of relevant processes and business needs Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal communications skills Normal working hours will be adhered to, however, some flexibility may be required to take meetings outside of these hours There may be some infrequent international travel to London, Boston and other IT centered locations Additional Information Work Environment BCG is proud to offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package to all of our full-time employees.
