This allowed us to expand our global activities and support even further. 2019-01-31 Senior professionals ( > 5 years of work experience) Tasks Service Delivery according to operational targets defined in Service Level Agreement, in details responsible for Availability and Capacity Management Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and proactive Service Design Change Management Change approval, orchestration and risk assessment for Infrastructure Changes and Application Software Deployments Design and sign-off of operational procedures, e.g. Application Software Deployments Incident and Problem Management Verify, improve and report the quality of resolved incidents and problems Establish and sign-off of action plans for incidents resolution Request and challenge problem resolution proactively Regular performance reviews of Operations Services OLAs and KPIs Configuration and Asset Management Responsible for accurateness and completenessof data in CMDB Financial Management Operational budget proposal and periodic reviews with Service Level Manager Drive Operational Improvements within the Service Responsibility of Continual Operational Improvements Approach and innovate architecture design proactively Operational Stakeholder in Software Development (if applicable) Define functional and technical operational software development requirements that enable the service to efficiently deliver according to the Service Level Agreement SOX Management Align Service Operations and Optimize Controls in regards to current SOX requirements Review and engage teams to solve SOX defects Perform review meetings and act as primary contact during SOX audits Project Management Manage/supervise Operations projects Communication Clear explanation of IT change to Customer Information communication to all stakeholders Requirements At least 5 years of experience in IT environment At least 2 years of experience on similar position Fluent spoken and written English Project management skills Working experience with infrastructure and application architecture. Experience in problem solving and crisis management concepts. Bachelor university degree in technical discipline or practical technical job experience Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL) at least on ITIL Foundation level or equivalent Ability to work in virtual team Ability to promote a team environment. Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
