An opportunity to join one of Canada’s top employers and leading professional services firms in their advisory business unit. Your focus will be guiding clients through interesting and complex business transformation projects as a change management lead. The role requires the following:
– Experienced change and project management professional.
– Experience guiding large projects from conception/analysis through solution implementation by actively managing stakeholders at various levels and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery that meets and exceeds client expectations.
– Experience conducting change readiness, stakeholder engagement assessments; Experience conducting and executing across all elements of PMP topic areas.
– Experience designing and conducting stakeholder training/learning/knowledge exchange programs.
Must Have Skills:
5-10 years experience working at a Top tier consulting firm, experience working within large, complex business transformations, PMP or related certifications an asset, MBA or Business Undergraduate degree, Proven project management experience in complex client facing contexts.
