Skill: information technology management , technical skills , middleware , oracle , windows , infrastructure , unix; Exp: 8-9 years; Reporting, Incident and Problem manager for global Patching team The reporting, Incident and Problem manager position is to manage, plan , control, co-ordinate the patch scheduling and execution for the global patching team. The prime responsibility is to coordinate with Patch managers and ensure seamless patch execution by global patching team, good communication skill and attention to detail are key to be successful in this role Qualifications Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science Experience in ITIL and certification would be an added advantage 8-9 years of relevant experience Technical Skills Very strong with numbers, and good excel skills Experience in configuration management and CMDB preferable Service Now Experience in process re-engineering, identifying bottlenecks and RCA techniques Experience in joining CAB meeting to discuss about the change record and getting approval Broad knowledge of different technologies like Middleware, Oracle , Unix and Wintel desirable Principal Responsibilities Ensure seamless execution of patching in the NAM region by the global patching team, perform appropriate incident management and problem management for the patching activities.Identify and implement areas for continous improvement Create process documentation and work flows for the global patching team where necessary and be the single point of contact for the patching team with respect to process documentation Conduct compliance checks on the Patch windows, Patch tasks and scheduling to verify adherence Work as a team to deliver high quality service Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and Standards Personal Attributes & Circumstances Strong work ethic/integrity/excellent use of discretion and judgment Self-motivated; ability to involve and engage others Attention to detail when faced with adversity Demonstrable client management skills Fluent in English, written and spoken Strong work ethic/integrity/excellent use of discretion and judgment Qualifications Excel reporting, Visio, Process engineering, ITIL Expert, Incident and Problem management Primary Location APAC-IND-TN-Chennai
