Working to contracted SLAs and delivering best in class services to our customers. To provide both remote and on-site support to our internal and external customers, resolving incidents in an efficient and timely manner. RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES To work as part of a busy support team, resolving incidents/problems adhering to the agreed SLAs Desk side configuration and support of desktop PCs and laptops, MS Windows, MS Office and other desktop software packages Configuration and desk side support of network printers and other peripherals Manging local area network and server room infrastructure Work closely with global network and infrastructure support teams for office related issues Additional tasks will include user administration and support of bespoke applications Monitor any allocated procedures, review and update as necessary. Identify and produce new procedures as appropriate IT asset management including laptops, desktops, ip phones, printers, etc Be able to work flexible working hours, including shift working and some weekends. Be able to get involved with other aspects of Service Support including Configuration, Change and Release Management; Project Work, internal and external IT audits Ensure compliance with all documented procedures Get involved in any other business activities as required Strong interpersonal/team skills. Excellent verbal and written English. At least 1 years direct experience of any MNC technical support. At least 1 years direct experience in any MNC customer-facing environment Excellent communication and client facing/customer service skills. Proven ability to think logically and remote problem-solving skills. An adaptable attitude, wanting to provide a good service. Excellent knowledge of MS Windows – all current versions. Excellent knowledge of MS Office products including email. Working knowledge in Domain Structure & Active Directory. Working knowledge in LAN/WAN and server room infrastructure Stress tolerance & Self-motivation.
