Skill: lotus notes , it manager , it infrastructure , network , desktop , os , infrastructure , it budgeting , outlook; Exp: 12-15 years; Information Services Manager Pune New India, Maharashtra, Pune This is a senior role for Pune and the selected incumbent would be responsible for all IT infrastructure for the Pune office. The IT Manager role is to conduct the performance management, career development processes, staff management, Vulnerability & Risk mgmt from IT perspective, disciplinary actions, if any. Participates in developing the unit’s technology & strategic plan and managing day to day IT operations from all aspects, to solve business problems, and/or delivers day to day production services, protecting & managing the production environments and ensuring system stability and availability. The role is focused on ensuring all set-ups are complete across the IT platform and client requirements are understood. The position includes heavy client interaction at senior levels, internal collaboration, appropriate expectation setting and escalation management during system outages. Very good communication and the proven ability to interact with clients, senior management and other stake holders is a must for this role. In addition the specific requirements are as listed below. Knowledge of VMware, horizon and citrix Understanding of SCCM software distribution(SWD) , Active Directory ,Visio, and project management tools Windows 7 / 10 & Office365 Knowledge of mailing clients Ex. Outlook , lotus notes etc Conversant with IT budgeting , projection, supporting in procurement and managing Software asset and configuration management Knowledge of network and MPLS architecture Good understanding of KPIs and SLA governance with Managed service model OS Imagining & testing process, knowledge of thin client environment and integration with VDI Conversant with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and citrix environment Have good understanding of STPI and SEZ regulations and practices. Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word etc. Build-out projects and system implementation from IT perspective Understanding of business continuity and reciprocal test BYOD concept ( Blackberry works ) Good presentation skills Ex. new employee orientation / knowledge share amongst business groups. Candidate should be able to represent IT in global platform and collaborate with global Team in other location NA, EMEA etc Additional responsibility Handle multiple concurrent assignments under challenging and changing conditions Plan-centric mentality – Excellent organization and time management skills Work well under pressure and be assertive in driving stakeholder engagement Contribution into Capital and Operational budgeting Manage expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, including delivering tough messages Strong analytical and problem solving skills including in unfamiliar domains Adaptive self-starter with a can-do attitude – must be comfortable working with ambiguous and dynamic conditions (Ex widespread network, telecom and server outages, fiber cuts, good understanding MPLS etc.) Knowledge business functions. Willingness to escalate issues and put forward solutions Inherent curiosity and drive to understand the business and improve the service model Pro-active approach to accuracy and attention to detail Excellent command of written and spoken English Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Qualifications Sustainable performance demonstrated through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills and competencies in the current role (but not limited to) as IT Manager/ Lead with experience of 12 years A College or University Engineering degree in Computer Science and/or relevant proven work experience is required knowledge production service delivery, the computer industry, and various design and development techniques is required to direct systems projects and/or deliver day to day support and resolve business problems with effective utilization of technology. Analytical and problem solving skills-Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set. Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external partners Work well with people in the same department, both locally and globally Proficient in projection and presentation Initiate and support pragmatic innovation within the local business area and advocate to integrate the business into global standards and specifications Advanced Microsoft would be an advantage Knowledge of server, network, ticketing tool like remedy & service-now, SCCM and Active Directory will be added advantage. Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines, ability to adapt quickly to change.
