Department Overview EGS Transition Governance, provides a framework for line of businesses to transition work to global service delivery teams. These frameworks identify and mitigate process risks by ensuring that legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met during the transition life cycle. About the Role This role is part of Quality function responsible to execute the assurance activities in validating the accuracy and completeness of transition deliverables, exception processes and controls in effect. Support the management and leadership teams with adequate and timely reporting of review outcome for all functions to enhance the service levels Responsibilities Should posses excellent communication skills – verbal & written Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/ or reviewing documentation and/or files of Transitions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and standards Demonstrates professional skepticism. Presents results in an objective and unbiased manner Should be able to visualize the process end to end across functions and assess impact of any process change Ensures identified opportunities are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution Performs ongoing process reviews and generate reports summarizing results Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities The candidate will need to partner with other EGS groups to meet governance objectives. Includes project tracking responsibilities for work owned by self and in case for others Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. May design and conduct training and awareness programs Responsible for document management systems Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Market Skills and Certifications Essential Qualification Minimum Graduation degree in any stream. Greater than 6 years of work experience preferred Experience in performing Internal Quality Assurance, document management, implementation of corrective action programs and reporting Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Knowledge of concepts and methodologies of QA preferred Desired Qualifications Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
