Skill: sql , html , sas , written communication; Exp: 0-3 years; Description Job Title Impairment and Capital Analyst Location Noida Grade BA4 The purpose of this role is to production of short term forecasting and production of outlooks, measurement of forecast vs. actuals performance, portfolio analytics to help understand drivers of impairment/RWAs and support implementation of new models and policies. Your Role Manage impairment forecasting and stress testing models to support submissions under key Barclays internal and regulatory exercises Work closely with CRO & CFO to agree relevant business inputs for the forecasts/stress tests Present and communicate results to Senior Management and drive stakeholder discussions Ensure compliance and appropriate governance is followed in producing results and evidence stored. Transform high-level requests into focussed and specific analysis Synthesise analysis results to inform business issues Extend/ modify analysis based on observations/ knowledge of data and limitations, and implications of results Contribute to business development activities Essential Skills A degree in an analytical/business related discipline Ability to generate insights from data, assess the commercial / financial impact and recommend action Experience analysing programmes through the lens of risk management Understanding of statistical methods to enable appropriate interpretation of results Comprehensive knowledge and effective use of analytical tools including SQL and SAS. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Familiarity with risk reporting and risk management models. Conceptual thinking find innovative ways to solve analytical problems Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines Team work Commitment and ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal skills Oral and written communication skills with ability to translate insight into a coherent story Desirable Skills Post-graduate degree Extensive experience analysing programmes through the lens of Cards P&L and customer metrics. Familiarity with segmentation tools and strategies.
