HR Business Partner – Bangalore.
We seek to appoint a strong and experienced HR Business Partner for our Bangalore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of HR operational issues and employee support for around 200 employees. Reporting to the HR Manager India, your responsibilities will involve a variety of duties including managing the operational delivery of the local payroll for employees in Bangalore, ensuring all policies and procedures are in line with local legislation. As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record as HR Business Partner with strong leadership skills and first class technical ability. You will play a critical role in providing HR guidance, driving compliance, and leading the delivery of timely, insightful and accurate reporting to the HR Europe and Asia group. This is a key role within our HR department where you will deal with employees across all levels of the business. Working with a close and well-established team of HR professionals, you will be responsible for managing and/or assisting with a broad range of duties that include: Leading on HR people matters that arise within the ICF Bangalore office Responsible for implementing and rolling out all India associated employee benefits Communicating effectively verbally and in writing with both internal and external stakeholders maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality. Drive Organizational Change initiatives Provide support to the induction of new hires. Contribute to the continuous improvement of a culture that attracts and retains a talented, engaged and high-performing workforce Assist with the implementation of learning and development activities for the Bangalore office. This includes Collaborating with Europe and Asia HR team and leadership to ensure training content supports long range organizational objectives. Manage a team of HR, including learning Solutions Specialists Provide guidance and support to line managers on various company initiatives, including performance appraisals, compensation reviews, training etc. Participate in a variety of projects including systems upgrades etc.; Supporting office restructures and change plans across the group; Provide support to the HR Processing team whose responsibility is to update and manage employee personal electronic records; Identify business improvements, as a rounded contributor to the management team. Manage the operational delivery of Payroll for Bangalore and process all other associated requirements in a timely manner;
Skills and Requirements:
The successful candidate will also have: Experienced HR Business Partner with 5 -7 year experience of working in an HR department, International experience and working across multi sites would be beneficial; Experience of working in a corporate environment and managing a team, collaborating with an overseas Head Office; Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent MS Excel skills; Previous experience with Oracle -PeopleSoft and managing a payroll system, will be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
