The candidate will be responsible to manage end to end HR processes assigned like onboarding, separation, leave tracking, letter generation, payroll audit, data updating, record maintenance etc. -Respond to manager/employee general HR inquiries including troubleshooting and problem solving – Support HRBP team as and when required – Documentation of processes, FAQs for Shared service, Sharepoint maintenance, chatter group – Subject Matter Expert on Shared services practices, ability to train and quality check – Administrative support as and when required – Support global HR program initiatives with ability to coordinate events – Ad hoc requests open to working in shifts to support a global team Qualifications An outgoing, confident, and highly motivated self-starter, possessing the following qualities and skills Should be at least a graduate 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role (administrative support, coordination and/or training support) Working knowledge of LMS is desired Working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint is desired,proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders; prioritize accordingly Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, particularly related to sensitive and confidential information Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Corporate overview Youre empowered when youre a Kronite.
