General Duties Active representation of BASFs interests. Behave and ensure behavior according to APE Culture pyramid. Be a role model. Contributing to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group. Comply and ensure compliance to BASF Group EHS Policy and BC Russia and CIS EHS regulations. 2. Key Operational and Administrative Duties 2.1 Attract / Hire EE Follows up on BU hiring plan Consults BU managers on the process Ensures hiring managers involvement and follow up Follow up the approval process Participates in Interviews HAF Forms and Final candidate approval with Management Together with HR CC Head develop and implement specific trainee programs to create a pool of potential candidates with necessary skills and competence for agricultural jobs Develop and implement joint programs with agricultural universities across Ukraine Together with HR CC Head upgrade the job interview process to properly select AP specific candidates and insure hiring for potential Together with HR CC Head implement additional scientific tools to support scientific assessment and selection for key positions, particularly for team leaders 2.2 Mange EE Data and Onboarding Ensures ECC / HAF forms are in place Ensures Onboarding process according to BASF standards 2.3 Pay EE Coordination of PM process in BU (data validation, calibration rounds and management consulting) Executes and coordinates salary review process – management consultancy, data validation and consolidation. Job Descriptions validation and refresh upon BU need Preparation and participation in Job evaluation sessions Together with HR CC Head evaluate, develop and implement improved and sustainable retention measures and programs, considering the competition for talent in Agro market 3. Education University Degree Russian is a must Proficient command of English both written and spoken. 4. Professional experience / Technical Skills Minimum 5 years in similar position Strong PC skills (Excel, Power Point) 5.
