Skill: market research , business insights , market , trade , market forecasting; Exp: 6-9 years; Role Summary Responsible for managing foundation market related programs within GEHC such as quarterly market sizing and annual planning processes. This role is the data and insights engine for providing an independent view of the markets and GEs performance globally. Essential Responsibilities Quarterly compilation, analysis and reporting of external market/ share information Synthesis of key insights based on market data and GE performance indicators Facilitation of quarterly market/ share reviews, developing presentations for executive reviews Developing and maintaining robust benchmarks for key parameters such as share, price via custom studies/ vendor partnerships/ trade association engagements Managing the market forecasting process during annual planning cycles coordinating with regions, modalities and Finance Custodian of all GEHC market/ share data related requests for business reviews, investor presentations, etc. Assessment of various data sources/ dashboards (GE internal) and improve consumption of the standardized global IB tool Kick start and run the market sizing and forecasting for each modality for the services business by working closely with finance and drive GPB efforts Collaborate with service teams in each region & services finance and marketing teams to identify use cases and drive adoption of analytical decision making Partner with region teams to map out IB replacement potential and targeting strategy Qualifications/Requirements 1. Masters Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Analytics 2. 6 years experience in marketing and commercial analytics 3. Strong analytical thinking for approaching business problems 4. Ability to assimilate large amounts of complex data 5. Ability to read data and glean meaningful business insights 6. End to end program management experience 7. Strong communication skills 8. Experience in managing a global process working across multi-cultural teams 9. Conceptual clarity on analytical/ statistical techniques 10. Ability to quickly learn to work across multiple platforms and drive connections. 11. Exposure to data visualization tools 12. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment 13. An innovative solutioning mindset Desired Characteristics 1. Background in healthcare, pharma or diagnostics imaging industry 2. Ability to interpret large amounts of information, e.g. from clinical studies, scientific papers, financial reports and in-depth market research studies 3. Successful experience working in team environment. 4. High energy, works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.
