Through knowledge of crop & Pest Dynamics. Preferred from Crop Protection industry. Handling a similar role as a People Leader. Should have experience in handling large teams (30 to 40). Position will involve working with Sales, Marketing and IFS. Very good in networking and work across functions. Very good understanding of customer CTQs and should be good in Customer Value Proposition Should have a creative mind and analytical skills.
