Skill: training , job posting , recruitment , recruitment process; Exp: 2-3 years; Responsible for National Level planning & execution of Demand Generation plan and drive liquidation Responsible for leading demand generation activities and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan Accountable for effective commercialization launch of new products following the new launch process Develops annual goals and objectives for DG Team Prepares the resource plan, budget plan for the country by closely working with Country Sales, Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Leadership Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities Develops the Policy Documents, broad guidelines for DG Team, Marketing Agencies Responsible for Budget Management & ensuring that DG team is delivering the goals within the budget Work Closely with Category Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning & Crop wise Product Wise Strategy Work Closely with DGE Team for effective utilization for resources and activity planning Work Closely with Marketing Agency on Recruitment, On Boarding, Training etc Accountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like MU Activity Planning and Tracking, LPDs, Edufarm, Demo Plots, eLMS (Online training module), Laser farm etc Systematically work for developing team and grooming them, hand holding them for better career aspirations Job Qualifications Requirements BSc(Agri) Or MSc (Agri) Management Qualification desirable. Through knowledge of crop & Pest Dynamics. Preferred from Crop Protection industry. Handling a similar role as a People Leader. Should have experience in handling large teams (30 to 40). Position will involve working with Sales, Marketing and IFS. Very good in networking and work across functions. Very good understanding of customer CTQs and should be good in Customer Value Proposition Should have a creative mind and analytical skills.
