Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc Evaluating CVs for short listing as per Clients Requirements.Informing short listed candidates by call letter, e-mail, and follow up by phone; and obtaining their confirmation, if appearing for the interview. Preparing statement of short listed candidates, with their confirmation about appearing for interview, for information of the clients representatives. Preparing candidate wise folders and keep ready at the time of interview. Discussing with client / client s representative before the interview, if there is any change in requirement. Actively involved in interview process, and assisting clients representatives / HR as they require. Preparing statements of candidates interviewed and selected during the interview.
