Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities
A: Primary responsibility is in the area of ticket resolution
B: understanding the details of logged ticket validate and collect further information from the client to resolve the ticket raised
C: Analyze the problem with collected information
D: Provide product and technical analysis of the defect clearly indicating the reason and resolution of the defect
E: Provide any additional information as required for the maintenance team to fix and test the problem effectively
F: Close issue with sufficient information for the client to understand and appreciate the answer with full satisfaction
2: Professional Experience
A:Experience in configuration maintenance of NetReveal fraud solution
B: Experience with financial clients
