The individual is expected to work closely with senior stakeholders in effective management of risk to ensure that the IOS team fully understands and is well equipped to fulfil its responsibilities on an ongoing basis and will play a key role in supporting the enhancement and maintenance of an effective global governance and controls frameworks across IOS. Your Role Support the RCSA process for IOS, including the completion of control assessments Support the IOS Horizontal Control Forum, support production of data and papers in line with the Horizontal Owners Responsibilities Standard Support the maintenance of relevant IOS Policies and Standards and IOS Control Maturity Ratings Conduct assurance (controls testing) of IOS Policies and Standards Prepare the IOS service control assessment and ratings Advising of the IOS team on all aspects of the Barclays Control Framework (BCF) Support BIA and Regulatory engagement Essential Skills Experience in risk and/or control Demonstrable experience of delivering good quality outputs at pace to deadlines Strong Excel numeric analysis and Powerpoint presentation skills Able to demonstrate highly effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders and peers.
