Provide professional technical support for the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective maintenance and hotline; Support our sales team with visits of prospect customers and find new projects; Participation of technical training at Bruker Mexicana and in Germany; Sell upgrades and service contracts; Translate technical manuals and service procedures; Warranty the satisfaction of Bruker customers. High level degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer, Chemistry or equivalent experience; Two or more years with experience with customer support, maintenance with analytical or medical equipment; Knowledge in electronics;Knowledge of Spanish and English language (speaking and writing) mandatory;Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization – both internal and external customers and colleagues – in a professional manner; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Must possess above average organizational skills, and be accurate and detail-oriented; Availability and willingness to travel to Mexico, Latin America and Germany.
