To check out the compiled files received from back office for missing / pending reports if any, and make a note on the Blue files as well as in the dispatch register arrange to collect them before Review. To dispatch the reports on time to the Review patients after obtaining the necessary signature and to provide adequate information regarding pending reports, if any, counter no. of AHC consultants, possible delay in Review appointment etc. Despatch of Reports Whenever a customer is unable to come in person for a Review consultation, on request from the customer AHC Medical Summary with Physicians opinion and advice to be sent by courier /postal service. HCC shall verify the current mailing address with pin code and collect the courier charges and shall arrange to dispatch the report For female customers HCC shall follow up the pap smear reports and when ready make them available to the gynecologists along with the customers Medical records containing AHC medical summary and the Gynaec exam findings. Once the gynecologists opinion and advice are received HCC shall ensure the dispatch of the same to the correct address through appropriate mode of dispatch.. To mail the AHC Medical summary reports and send remainder regarding uncollected reports.. To follow up on the individual pending reports that are not available at the time of review, to collect them at the specified time, get the consultants opinion and then dispatch. Follow up of uncollected reports sending mails, reminder calls to the patients to collect the report from the department once in 15 days. To arrange for online reports on patients request. General responsibilities To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives. To be aware of departments performance and objective. To carryout data collection/support in data collection. To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules. To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior. BACK OFFICE Collecting and filling all the relevant reports To ensure the availability of all other reports routine as well additional tests reports, on time from various diagnostic areas by liaising with the dispatch counter and directly from department whenever necessary. Filing of the collected reports in the respective files. Urgent reports follow up in the afternoon. Pending reports to be noted in the white tag Typing the Medical Summary History and physical to be typed and given to the medical officers for correction of errors Typing impression and recommendations after collecting files the consultants. To ensure the typed files are sent to medical officers for checkup and kept ready before review time. Getting the impression and recommendation from consultants To forward the blue files along with all the available reports to the consultants for getting their impression and recommendations. To arrange to obtain impression and recommendation from alternate consultant. To collect the files back from the respective consultants giving priority according to the review time. Taking over the work from morning shift staff To take over the case records of AHC client from the morning shift staff after verifying all the necessary details are in order. Follow up of patient who are still in the process of undergoing the test/consults To call up repeat tests required patients and arrange for the tests. Relieving duty Relieving duty for review counter, co-ordination counter staffs LMS card preparation and dispatch Medical summaries with copy of ECG to be given for he card processing Check the list with the dispatch list Check the bills and keep them ready for H.O.Ds signature Enter the details of returned card in a register Maintain all the records relevant to LMS card Primary Location India Work Locations Apollo Main Hospitals – Greams Road – Chennai
