Some of the key work areas would include Track individual project documentation religiously and track it at project / program and portfolio level for completion. Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; meet with key team members on a regular basis to review open actions and risks. Regular monitoring of the planning and execution of projects till proper closure. Maintain action log and track Organize governance meeting, record minutes/actions.
