Serves as liaison between customers, leadership and various departments. Ensures that appropriate records, required reports, and related administrative functions are correct and maintained. Applies in-depth knowledge of systems and operations in support of assigned customer group. Demonstrates highly developed interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred. Skills Strong computer skills. Strong communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodationsJob Level Specific Duties Reviews and processes basic customer transactions. Investigates and resolves data or account discrepancies. Processes approved account adjustments. Utilizes various billing systems to submit claims. Documents all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues. Inputs, edits and maintains customer account information. Follows policies and procedures to meet client, NTT DATA and regulatoryrequirements related to billing and payment, release of information, record retention, privacy and confidentiality. Acts as liaison between internal and external stakeholders to assist in account resolution. May assists in the collection process providing specific areas of billing, research and follow-up on accounts. Escalates issues regarding accounts to a more senior team member. Maintains database / systems by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Provides efficient and courteous customer services through telephone, e-mail and website. Answers basic routine questions following pre-established guidelines and performs routine research on customer inquiries. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred. Skills Basic computer skills.
