Skill: excel , accounts , pricing; Exp: 1-2 years; Key Responsibilities Handle customer complaints, enquiries and feedback via e-mail, chat and calls Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Assist customers with pricing and delivery information Process orders, forms, applications and requests Organize workflow to meet customer time frames Manage customers’ accounts and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated authority Maintain and record details of inquiries, complaints and other customer related transactions Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Ensure end to end resolution of customers issues within as per required timeline Displays high accountability and ownership What we require Graduation with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers may also apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with rotational shifts and working in all the three processes i.e. Chats, Emails and Inbound Excellent knowledge in MS – EXCEL
