We Offer Senior Executive Assistant is required to support Group Operations India senior regional management team reporting into the Operations secretarial team lead Supporting 1 Managing Director 1 Director within the department with comprehensive diary management Support director level direct reports with travel and expense management Extensive diary management across various several time zones Arranging travel within company policy/guidelines Producing and updating PowerPoint documents Processing expenses within a timely manner Organizing onsite Scheduling Townhalls Booking locations / rooms etc., Scheduling webcast links, Sending out communications via inxmail Preparing packs for senior management meetings Preparation of departmental organization chart regular updates/verification, Post updates on the intranet when required Management of internal mail trays Handle smartcard enrolment for Operations Stationery management and ordering Processing invoices and purchase orders Handling space requirements (especially desks and desks kits) Providing absence cover for other members of the admin team Onboarding new starters within the department Supporting other assistants as and when required Organisation of Governance meeting Scheduling meetings, Attend and produce minutes, Log actions, Follow up on excellent items Arranging social and network events Communications Draft and produce departmental communications using the correct template via Inxmail You Offer You have Executive Assistant experience support at MD level You are highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint You have expertise in multi-tasking You are especially well-organized and able to prioritizing workload You have extensive calendar management and travel arranging You have strong communication skills written and verbal You are detail oriented with ability to work independently You can demonstrates a high level of integrity and teamwork You have a high-energy, responsive team-player with the interest to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment You have flexibility and willingness You are a team-player
