The Partner Team at Icertis is responsible for working with partners to build major partner alliance at the field level, drive revenue, grow market share and help increase deployment in our enterprise & upper mid-market accounts. The Director – Partner Business Management role is critical to working closely with the field sales teams and in leveraging the vast partner resources. Icertis is in search of a high performing individual to play a major part in driving the alignment of our partners sales process and Icertis sales process in assigned territories and partners. Key responsibilities include Own partner sales and opportunity alignment responsibility for managing client relationship and joint business development in EMEA with primary focus on Europe. Responsible for Icertis-Partner win objectives across the defined territory in terms of revenue, relationship management and net new customer acquisition with partners. Determine strategic district partner account targets and effectively work with the field sales teams in planning and execution of sales opportunities Educate Partner sales teams on Icertis solution capabilities to help drive lead generation and joint sales Ensure all partner resources are fully leveraged, i.e. business investment funds, marketing, etc. Effectively manage partner business reviews with partner executives. To be deemed a viable candidate for this high impact foundational position, the individual needs to have a demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the following areas Sales, partner led joint sales, and Partner field executive and business development relationship building. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include but not limited to the following 1. Defining and executing sales initiatives to achieve joint sales and revenue growth for our joint solutions through the respective field organizations by evangelizing the benefits of the alliance and the positive impact on pipeline and sales they can achieve by adopting our solutions and campaigns 2. Establishing working relationships with the client EMEA field leadership team and delivering on revenue commitments through our mutual sales organization for the EMEA business. Required skills The individual must demonstrate a strong grasp of solution and value based selling preferably from experience they gained from working in the enterprise business applications space. Superior oral/written communication & listening skills are also a must. Strong teamwork skills are also required to successfully work in a matrix environment. Other required experiences & qualifications include 10 years software product industry experience (minimum 5 years in senior roles); 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus, working experience with large partner field organization especially with Microsoft field is a BIG plus.
