Will interact with the cross functional local management team and provide support to the NB executive team as well as the IT Executive leadership. An excellent IT director is very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. They have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. Essential Functions Direct management of all L2 Business applications support managers/resources. 3 Managers as directs with their extended L2 teams Consult with Command Center leadership as needed Represent application delivery leadership for all L3 activities in Bangalore Dotted line to Delivery Team. Work directly with delivery Directors to ensure L3 focus onsite as needed Regular reporting on site based activities as determined by Delivery leaders Site IT executive accountability responsibilities to the various Bangalore businesses push HR, WPR, etc. Executive councils, major site activities, other cross functional requirements as needed The face of IT Leadership in India Communication link to keep non-India leadership connected to site activities, programs and initiative. On site executive leadership in coordination with direct line managers for various IT groups. Coordinate IT Leadership site visits. Facilitate All Hands, other broad IT communication initiatives Provide connections, feedback and other resource based information directly to IT managers as needed. Job Requirements Skills Required Proven leadership experience as IT director or similar role Experience managing a large geographically diverse workforce and partners Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. Experience in managing large budgets and tight schedules Proven ability to deliver large/complex projects Proven ability to direct technological change Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication skills Excellent business acumen Education A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large technology teams. BSc in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MBA will be a plus. Previous technical experience in IT infrastructure or application technology domain.
