In this role, you will be responsible for developing a strong digital strategy for experiential marketing, enabling brands to come to life and engage with its audience in interesting and innovative ways. Reporting of the role This role reports to Head Dialogue Factory 3 best things about the job Opportunity to Lead the GroupM Experiential Marketing Digital Product across India & lead the Indian rural market in data and tech Work as a digital thought leader across huge national and global brands A fun environment that combines the best of being entrepreneurial whilst at the same time being part of the largest media group in the world In this role, your goals will be In three months Thorough understanding of Dialogue factory tools, client businesses, Process, Systems, Team, Offerings etc. Build a solid relationship with GroupM agencies & internal Client & Creative teams Formulate a digital strategy for clients experiential & rural marketing needs and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with clients objectives and strategies Begin to constructively challenge clients/media vendors and staff, with new solutions and ways of reaching the consumer In six months Leading all Experiential marketing pitches, discussions & projects at All India Level Having one on one discussions & meetings with Senior clients In 12 months At least winning 1 Experiential Marketing AOR Winning awards at National & International experiential marketing forums Achieving all Targets Oversee media financial management profitability of all Client accounts Apart from the above measures What your day job looks like at Dialogue Factory Develop digital strategy on key overall Experiential & Rural marketing framework initiatives as decided with the client’s Develop robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types Prepare and present media strategies and plans to reach target audience Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on online media trends, issues, developments and opportunities Share digital points of view, research and case studies with the business team(s) he/she works with & with clients Develop and maintain good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of their clients business Supervise junior team member(s) to develop his/her digital capabilities What youll bring In depth understanding of digital advertising campaign process. Demonstrate sharp strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills Ability to work within a team, decisively organising multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills Show ability in training and leadership capability Expert in the process of implementation planning with a focus on delivering new solutions from suppliers using digital technology. Have in depth understanding and a strong opinion on current market trends across digital, demonstrating market knowledge and expertise. Strategic vision and ability to translate this into business goals Ability to find innovative solutions to investment issues (client & internal) Be able to construct negotiation strategies to deliver on clients objectives A proven ability to translate digital strategy into operation Proactive attitude and result driven mindset Produce work of high quality, passionate & a team person.
