Wifi device, Access point (AP) Installation, configuration & Trouble shooting.Knowledge of LAN crimpingL1Maintenance for Barcode, Deskjet, LaserJet & Line printers.–Wireless device support-Knowledge on latest technologies like Mac book, VC,BlackberrySupport for Hand Held Terminal (HHT) device, Bar code printers, label printers Support(Installation, Configuration & Trouble Shooting) Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.-Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making-Experiencesupporting Windows platform Email Clients, Applications, basic hardware issues and network-Should be familiar withDesktop concept in an active directory environment.
