He/she will Liaise directly with senior management and will be accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters, Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives, Create and manage the HR department’s annual budget, Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture, Assess & map capabilities of existing employee’s vs organization’s needs. Develop people strategies that drive results. Formulate strategy and gain support from internal business leaders.
