Skill: reports , fi , commerce , audit , mis , legal , cash flow , reporting , ca , mis management , excel; Exp: 1-3 years; Deputy Credit Manager MSME – 20873 Description JOB DESCRIPTION Basic Information Position Title Credit Officer/Credit Manager Grade/Level M-2/M-3/M-4 Vertical MSME Location Business Department Credit Organizational Relationships Position Reporting to Credit Manager / Cluster Credit Manager Direct Reports if any Job Purpose The credit manager position is accountable for the entire credit underwriting process for his area, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers. Qualification Minimum graduate required(Preferably commerce), Having additional qualification of CA / MBA shall be preferred Relevent Experience 1-3 years Functional Compentencies Good Knowledge of Mortgage Business. Basic knowledge of Credit bureau check, property valuation,legal reprots & documentation. Should have a good know how of computer skills and have a good hand in data entry Excel and MIS management. Knowlede of banking and financial parameters of a prospect MSME borrower and document management Good know how for the local area and financial/ economical conditions. Job Responsiblities Financial Responsibilities Complete customer assessment by visiting business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude. Preparation of customer assessment Memo and cash flow analysis including bank credits. Assessment of collateral appraisal including legal and techincal aspect Recommendation / underwriting of proposals with adherence to company policies & procedures Complete credit check, Complaince of documentation and signing off disbursments. Imparting training to sales team & credit team about product and policy Managing and complying Over the counter / post disbursal documents and ensuring complaince of company’s norms. Ensuring that there is no disbursal error. Managing early delinquencies to ensure that portfolio is healthy and there are no Non starter cases Non Financial Responsibilities Organising and performing task with in defined TAT for file processing. Supporting business team for seamless processing of the proposals. To keep onself updated about local parameters such as legal /political/ industry/ demographies, To regularly update seniors about any local development which can be detrimental to franchise Adhering to the company’s policies and ensuring complaince of the same. Compliance & Risk Responsiblities PDD and Audit Query Resolution Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.
