The Marketing Analytics organization works closely with the Analytics & Research focused group (Known as Marketing Analytics & Research Administration or MARA) based in Allstate HQ, Chicago; Striving to guide the overall marketing strategy and improve efficiency by building in sophistication through analytical insights. The successful applicant will Lead the Data Science charter for the Marketing Analytics team Understand the enterprise marketing goals and be a key player in bringing streams of data science and a strong marketing expertise together to solve key problems in this area. Lead an all-star team of Data scientists and collaborate closely with our Home Office teams. Work with marketing stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome. Model and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and which impact on critical business processes and/or decisions. Be on the cutting edge of analytics, experimentation and modeling, leveraging our data sources to propose new ideas and drive key strategic decisions through both offline and online efforts.
