Join our team as Customer Resident Engineer Responsibilities Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure Maintain interfaces with customer’s technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status Maintain and improve interfaces with technical personnel from other multi-regional groups and organizations involved with Technical Support Perform Technical Support covering 24×7 network outage restoration, Ensuring flawless delivery of installation and commissioning activities, leading configuration, integration. Creating/Reviewing Methods of Procedures prior to implementation Providing customers with a variety of support services, including but not limited to providing remote and on-site level 1 operation support (resident at customer premises or not) Providing technical support activities such as configuration support, network element deployment support, maintenance release and software update and on-site training Participating in Field Trials, Proof of Concepts, Preliminary Acceptance Tests, Customer Demos/Workshops. Ensuring Right First Time delivery of the operational activities Providing remote and on-site recovery support in the event of an out-of-service/outage condition caused by a disaster Maintaining interfaces with customers technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer Join our team if you have Bsc in Telecommunications, Computer, Electric/Electronics Engineering or equivalent Fluent English and Turkish Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome Interest in IP area Customer orientation and communications skills Ability to learn effectively and quickly Result oriented mindset, flexibility and openness Completed military service or exempt Advantage Telecommunication technology knowledge in IP/MPLS area and relevant ITU standards Theoretical and practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of IP/MPLS routers CCNA is a plus What we can offer Being part of a great team Opportunity to learn technologies and develop yourself Flexible work schedule Opportunity to work closely with customer
