Skill: coordination , billing , design; Exp: 5-7 years; Job Responsibilities Understand what drives customer delight and work with internal and external partners/vendors to implement special deals/offers/customized solutions for Furlenco customers Network and cultivate relationships, ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded on to the Furlenco loyalty platform in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain a strong influence network. Build close working relationships with the teams to influence manage and help identify and leverage delight opportunities Manage end to end execution at our end, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting Metrics to own Testimonials/Active Subscriber Base, Net Promoter Score, Referrals You will need to have a Customer-first mindset with a passion for concept selling You will need to network efficiently to forge new alliances, partnerships and relationships- Self-motivator with the ability to work independently Deepen relationships with partners by looking at opportunities for up selling/ cross selling etc.- Understand the importance of processes and is willing to design and establish new processes if required Proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge 5-7 years of experience required
