Contract Manager and Country Integrity Officer Apply now Add job to shortlist Remove from shortlist As a Country Integrity Officer and Contract Manager, you will join the local Sales Unit as the expert on full contract lifecycle ensuring compliance with Code of Conduct, regulations and Company policies. 2018-10-31 Professionals ( > 2 years of work experience) Tasks The following are the main activities you will have to cover in the role. As the Country Integrity Officer, you will have to – implement locally the Group Integrity program – ensure compliance with the Group Code of Conduct and any specific local legislation – train the local organization on all the integrity aspects, including Business Ethics, Antitrust, Trade Compliance, Privacy, Agents and Third Parties Representatives As the Contract Manager, you will have to – support tender Risk Review by providing any regional or customer/consultant specific commercial feedback – review and comment commercial and technical tender terms & conditions in close liaison with legal in the oversight country – develop contract strategy based on applicable laws and ABBs policies, customer requirements, considering project risk, pricing, scope, and schedule – identify the contract baseline, identify project opportunities and risks, and develop a risk mitigation plan – Assesses success of the contract and determines if there are any lessons learned for future contracting – Supports Legal handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. Notifies and liaises with Legal to report major claims and keeps Legal updated of any critical development during project execution. – provide ongoing leadership and guidance in the various aspects of contract management – identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, schedule relief and claim avoidance; – take appropriate actions to protect ABB’s interest and/or improve project performance; ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions; – defend the contract against claims from customers, suppliers or partners – Participate in commercial negotiations. Requirements You have a legal or economics education and demonstrated experience in contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders and claims, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. You have commercial acumen, are a skilled negotiator with a proactive approach to problem solving. You are able to interface with customers at all levels.
