Skill: business requirements , business solutions , requirement gathering , solution design , web designing , consultant , business process , analyst; Exp: 8-9 years; Job Description The Collaboration Integration lead will be assuming a lead role as a consultant and an analyst on engagements with business users and will work independently and on project teams focused on the successful delivery of collaboration business solutions, integration or migration other technologies to DuPont main stream collaboration technologies for our business users. Assessing business needs and translating them into realistic and measureable business requirements. Providing Demo and solution Proto types. Work with business users in executing SharePoint solution implementations. Help businesses in completing quality project deliverables. Assisting businesses with prospect proposals. Help in defining Collaboration Governance Plan for Business specific SharePoint solutions. This Integrator lead role assists businesses to improve application performance and align business processes. Work with business users to understand and document as is business processes, information flows. Develop to be as per COC and business guidelines and requirements. Must be agile and quickly adapt and contribute to solution design. They must have the ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business and IT organizations. Experience in Project management and Vendor management skills. Interfacing with the various Business Units primarily our Collaboration practice, technical/development team, project managers, etc. Help drive, translate, gather and document requirements, supplement SharePoint project team. Job Qualifications Education Qualification & Years of Experience required Engineer with overall experience around 8 -9 years, with at least 5 years of experience as lead of large migration or integration project(s)/program(s). Excellent understanding of SharePoint 2013 & 2016 Enterprise Applications. Minimum Skills Required Knowledge of SharePoints different releases 2013 / 2016 and having understanding on SharePoint customization and Features Worked on Collaboration integration role where led SharePoint Migration projects moving from other technologies to SharePoint or led SharePoint 2010 to 2013 /16 migration work. Having good understanding on SharePoint Designer and InfoPath and managing the same. Should have working experience on User experience and Web designing. Should have Project Management skills. Good Vendor Management Skills. Knowledge of Content Management in necessary and Content Migration would be preferred. Understanding and requirement gathering from business and automating business process on custom workflows. Ability to train and provide demonstration to users on SharePoint Functionalities. Good language skills, with ability to explain technical details to a broad audience.
