Skill: insurance , amfi , investments , portfolio , irda , liabilities , rms , wealth , trade forex , risk , branch banking; Exp: 0-3 years; Cluster Relationship Leader – ( REL0000QA ) Description The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship managers effectively manage their portfolios thereby ensuring value deepening through existing customers, cross-sell and portfolio growth by acquisition of new to bank customers The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship mangers meet their goal sheet targets as assigned The incumbent is responsible to ensure that the relationship managers provide world class customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the banks audit and compliance framework Ensures the RMs capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process Team Management Lead RMs for portfolio growth by focus on existing relationships. Develop team knowledge and capability to cross sell products, develop wealth expertise, provide learning through joint calls, ensure positivity and team motivation. Ensure RM performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX and Assets. Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA and YBL COC for RMs along with HCM and Compliance. Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of RMs Drive high service levels on the RM portfolio Revenue Generation Fulfill YES FIRST and YES PREMIA goals and ensure targeted approach to specific client segments as per banks focus areas. Ensure all sales activity is recorded as per the organizational process and all sales and service processes are adhered to by self and the team Monitor and enable the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section. Develop talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals. Implement the risk policies and processes (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks), ensuring that that these meet regulatory and internal requirements. Implement the internal control systems in the department and participates in the departmental audits. Implement practices to bridge gaps identified during departmental audits.
