Accordingly propose suitable bouquet of products/solutions to keep customer interest intact and result in higher repeat transactions Reviews the under-performing customers & prepares an action plan for improvement Ensure superior client experience through prompt response to customer queries and adopting a hands on approach Process Efficiency Monitors process efficiency and provides inputs for improvement Gathers Market intelligence & tracks Competition Best Practices Ensures full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML policy Self-Management Responsibilities Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year. Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree Masters degree is preferred Professional Certifications AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be added advantage Language Skills Written and spoken English is essential EXPERIENCE Years of Experience A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role Nature of Experience Prior experience in BFSI Sector Primary Location India-Punjab-Amritsar
