Clinical Diagnostics Division is a trusted supplier and manufacturing partner for IVD industry for nearly 40 years covering the following Immunoassay reagents for drugs of abuse screening and therapeutic drug monitoring Sepsis diagnosis Quality control materials & software Clinical chemistry analyzers & reagents Lab automation Prenatal screening Job Summary Lead clinical marketing activities like CMEs/conferences/symposia etc. to increase biomarkers and other CDD products awareness Regular meetings and clinical promotion of Bio Markers to clinicians/hospitals/labs Increase awareness of Thermo Fisher Brand in the market and develop the territory for Biomarkers Identification of Key Opinion Leaders from the Clinical and IVD professionals in the region Work with the CDD commercial team, Marketing team, Global Business Units, license partners and distributors to create various educational initiatives for Biomarkers in India Principal Responsibilities Conduct customer training programs on existing and new products/technologies of CDD Organize CMEs/Advisory board & ISPs in associations with various societies like ISCCM & FMF/FOGSI Conduct and participate in various CMEs, symposia, scientific meets, presentations, RTMs & demonstrations to drive business In-depth understanding & knowledge of reporting software for prenatal screening Support to sales personnel through customer visits, problem resolution, trouble shooting & technical discussion of the product with lab Training of lab staff on instrument & software to perform test of pre-natal screening Induction/Clinical training for new joiners Clinical Audits, Data Generation and preparation of white papers or scientific studies Continuous customer responsiveness to all clinical complaints, issues and queries Circulation of mailers, scientific promotional material, new updates to CDD sales team and customers monthly/ Quarterly Work in close collaboration with Product Management team to develop/update sales collaterals that will help position CDD solutions in the targeted markets. Collect, collate and provide market intelligence Track and monitor the usage pattern of the customers, act as the first point of contact for all technical queries of the customers Success Measures CDD India AOP performance / business growth Lead generation & Database quality in CDD segment. CDD India new product introduction efficiency in responsible market Candidate Requirement Education & Experience levels MBBS (MD preferable) Minimum of 3-6 years of experience with a successful track record of Medico-marketing/ clinical marketing for products in the area of critical care (antibiotics) & Women healthcare Ability to communicate confidently and fluently with other medical colleagues as well as non-medical personnel Capable of preparing and delivering effective presentations Able to work with various cross-functional personnel both medical and essentially non-medical colleagues Able to travel at short notices, conduct hands-on training programs Ability to understand market needs and dynamics, business growth and development Other Attributes Scientific approach to the customers Strategic thinker with hand on capabilities Efficient work organizational skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Good industry contacts and leadership Good experience of managing/leading/inspiring distributors Willingness to travel >50 PERCENT of the time region Team player At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 70,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
