Skill: Mail reply in coordiation with opreation team , client file maintenance , issue resolve update in coordination with operation team; Exp: 2-4 years; Creating database of clients with respect to clients like name, address, email ID, broad line number, contactdetails, birth date, designation, work order and agreement details-start and end date,Coordinating with clients and sales department for renewal of Expired Agreement.vGeneration of leads from reference and cultivation of client.vResponding to escalation emails of the clients.vHandling the inbound calls of the clients and understand the issues and concernsvAddress operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.vSupervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent client services.vDevelop and maintain operational guidelines as per the feedback received from clientsvGenerate operational reports for management as neededvTo create weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews of the services to the management.vPrepare and manage correspondence, handling reports and record keeping of the officers.vKey Responsibilities Handled-2-3 Meeting dailyMaintaining and keeping records of Clients.Communicating with clients for issues and concerns. Coordination with the different department and overall handling of Client requirements.Handling Escalations. Meetings and training for the improvements of service.Renewal of contracts.
